Lead Consultant ESG – Infor Job location: Europe - office or home based Infor is a forward-thinking technology company dedicated to developing innovative software solutions that address the challenges businesses face in managing their sustainability strategies and meeting environmental compliance requirements. The ESG Lead Consultant is a newly created role dedicated to designing and executing Infor’s Service Offering for ESG and sustainability solutions (https://www.infor.com/solutions/sustainability-es). You will play a pivotal role in driving the Service Team together with other Infor stakeholders for our future innovation and the success and adoption of our ESG solutions in the market. As you have experience in designing and implementing CPM (Corporate Performance Management) solutions, you will be able to transfer Infor’s new sustainable software application into CPM business processes and solutions. The role includes designing and implementing such solutions, supporting sales processes, designing architecture, and providing estimates based on defined scope. You will be engaged in all stages of the project life‑cycle including hands‑on application design and development. This is a client‑facing role and you will need excellent communication skills. In terms of development, you will be responsible for specifying, designing and implementing solutions within a team. Key Responsibilities Design, implement and lead the implementation projects of Infor ESG so Support sales process, work with customers on their requirements, define scope and provide estimates Work with Infor stakeholders on new ESG service offering Be the subject matter expert within the Infor EMEA Service Organisation and coach the team on the topic of ESG. Share and develop knowledge and expertise across the team to become more effective and deliver customer Success Requirements Domain knowledge preferably gained as a Consultant or Solution Architect with knowledge in the areas of environmental & regulatory compliance Knowledge of technology application solutions that address ESG/sustainability ability Proven Professional Services experience designing and implementing performance management software for customers and knowledge of related business processes Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Strong decision making, judgment and analytical skills Demonstrates ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional virtual teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
