Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)

Your impact

As a Holiday Services Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our customers and play an important role in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience. You listen carefully, understand customer needs, and provide clear, accurate, and customer-focused solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, Live Chat, WhatsApp, email, Facebook, Trustpilot, and other digital channels.
• Handle day-to-day customer requests independently using our systems, tools, and processes.
• Quickly assess situations and provide clear and appropriate solutions.
• Recognize complex or sensitive cases and ensure they are transferred to the right team with all relevant information.
• Follow up on customer requests when needed to ensure a smooth resolution.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and cross-functional teams to provide the best customer experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in customer service, processes, and ways of working.
• Remain professional, calm, and customer-focused when handling challenging situations.

You won't be expected to solve every complex situation yourself. Knowing when to take ownership and when to involve the right team is an important part of the role.

You'll join a team of 8 Holiday Services Specialists in an international and collaborative environment, where every day brings different customer situations and new challenges.

What you'll bring

You have:

• Excellent communication skills in French, both spoken and written.
• A good command of English, both spoken and written.
• A customer-first mindset and genuine enjoyment of helping people.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to quickly understand customer needs.
• The ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in challenging situations.
• Good organizational and prioritization skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to ask for support when needed.
• Strong digital skills and the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.

Experience in customer service, tourism, travel, hospitality, airlines, or a contact centre environment is a plus. Experience with CRM, reservation, or customer service systems is also an advantage.
