Your Key Responsibilities:Drive monthly closing processes and ensure accurate accounting entriesLead the group budgeting process and standardization of financial proceduresAnalyze variances between forecasted and actual performanceOversee activity reporting from subsidiariesContribute to implementing decision-making tools (ERP, dashboards, etc.)Support integration of new subsidiaries into group finance systemsMonitor cash flow and working capital requirementsCoach and develop local finance teamsPartner with operational directors on cross-functional projectsStrengthen internal controls Your Profile:Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Grande École, University, or equivalent)Ideally, experience in an audit firm and operational controlling rolesSolid technical accounting knowledgeStrong command of reporting tools and ERP systemsInterest in real estate and construction sectorsFluent French is essentialYou're rigorous, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in evolving environments What We Offer:Permanent full-time position based in ToursAdditional half a day off per monthAccess to employee benefits platform (cinema, travel, etc.)A supportive and agile team culture, aligned around integrity, teamwork, and innovation Ready to shape the financial backbone of a growing business?
