VM In Store Senior (F/H) - Réseau Parisien - CDI at Christian Dior Couture Christian Dior, the creator of dreams, has been transforming fashion since 1947. Join our Paris Network as a VM In Store Senior. Job Responsibilities Implanter and maintain VM at the boutique daily with retail teams during window changes, rotation of displays, and collection launches. Elaborate zoning in accordance with boutique allocations, central VM guidelines and the zone manager. Plan VM installations to ensure product rotations across all categories. Prepare products ahead of installations, coordinating with department heads to isolate new arrivals. Support special events (VIP client events, special days) coordinated by the boutique CRM specialist. Train retail teams on VM guidelines for brand image and identity. Maintain constant communication with department heads to pass VM information and understand strategic needs. Support commercial activity by adjusting displays together with the purchasing team and department heads. Organize props stock within the store and external storage, alerting the zone manager of shortages. Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in luxury. Fluency in English. Proficiency in Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. Creative, structured, organized and with excellent interpersonal skills. Additional Information Seniority level: Mid–Senior.
