Join us and become part of a dynamic, connected, and multicultural team that feels at home in four countries and shares one common goal: creating an exceptional experience for our passengers.An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Eurostar as its Senior logistic & development managerThe Senior logistic & development manager will manage the logistic service delivery for the on-board services on channel and continental routes in order to deliver the catering service in an efficient manner.The role will entail extensive travel to France, Belgium and the UK.MissionsEnsure the effective management of supplier relationships and contract negotiations in order to maintain high service standards, secure favourable terms, and support the strategic objectives of the organization.Manage the financial and service delivery performance in order to guarantee the operational performance, customer satisfaction and financial respect of the budget.Develop and implement strategic projects that improve logistic efficiency, reduce costs, and increase robustness of the service delivery.Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with other departments in order to ensure seamless service integration across all relevant business units.Champion the development and execution of sustainability initiatives within logistics operations, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners in order to minimise environmental impact, enhance resource efficiency, and align service delivery with the organisation’s sustainability commitments.Plan and maintain BAU operations during periods of transformation in order to safeguard the customer and colleague experienceLanguagesFluent in French (written and spoken)Fluent in English (written and spoken)Professional ExpertiseStrong logistics expertiseProven experience in project planning and execution, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverablesSolid catering expertiseDemonstrated finance and budget management expertiseCustomer OrientationAdvanced customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver high-quality serviceIT & Office ToolsMedium proficiency in Microsoft Office tools:PowerPointExcelWordWe’re constantly working to create a bright future for our company and our colleagues.
