We are looking for a **Senior Logistics Engineer**for one of our clients with the following contact details:
**Location: Paris, France (South America, Middle East, Africa 4 times a year)**

**Start date: 01 September 2025**

**Duration of the mission: + 6 months**

Logistics Engineering: Country Entry Plan / Preliminary Project / Project
- Carry out detailed reconnaissance missions in the field to assess the existing logistics infrastructure and local constraints (administrative, technical, customs, meteorological, cultural, suppliers, etc.).
- Carry out logistics engineering in all phases of project development: define the logistics philosophy of operations, the means in coordination with logistics specialists (base, transport of people and goods by land, sea, air),
- Provide cost estimates and schedules as part of the Projects' investment decision process.
- Represent the department on the Monitoring and Decision Committees of Pre-Projects: Quality, Project Review, EIR

Support and follow-up of subsidiaries: Start-up of subsidiaries / subsidiaries in operation
- Be the technical logistics referent for the subsidiaries.
- Carry out field assistance missions: guarantee the safe and efficient start-up of exploration subsidiaries, prepare calls for tenders, manage a crisis, optimize existing means and costs
- Innovation: ensuring technology monitoring, developing new logistics solutions and promoting existing solutions.

Methods:

- Develop and maintain the Logistics Reference System (write and review rules, specifications, manuals).

Objectives and deliverables
- Supe Produce logistics diagrams with associated costs and deadlines, entering into the investment decisions of the Projects.
- To change the logistics schemes of existing subsidiaries in order to maintain their profitability.
- Guarantee compliance with the Logistics Reference System for the various branches
