Senior Product Manager

Aletiq is building a first of its kind technical data platform for industrial manufacturing. Manufacturers still operate in a way in which data is fragmented, operational teams are siloed and errors are a source of recurrent quality problems. With manufactured products becoming increasingly complex, the existing model and tools to support it are not sustainable, and engineers need a new way to design and industrialise. Our data platform creates a single source of truth to solve these challenges and drive transformation and collaboration in the industrial manufacturing sector. Aletiq touches every role in the industrial creation chain, enabling collaboration from concept to production and helping companies to become more innovative, efficient and cost effective. Our platform is already deployed in over 50 different factories across 10 countries and is currently used by thousands of people. Having recently secured a €6m seed round from Point Nine, we are currently adding key hires to help accelerate and support our growth curve. Product Manager Aletiq is building the essential SaaS platform driving industrial transformation. We solve challenges characterized by mission-critical reliability, stringent regulatory compliance, and the complexity of physical systems we work on (plane, satellite, nuclear power plant…) As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering the core product experience for our PLM platform, one that is already deeply integrated into the daily operations of thousands of users from leading industrial companies. As such, if you join us, you will be empowered to operate with significant autonomy within a dedicated cross‑functional team, to bring amazing products to life from inception to launch What You’ll Do This role is about driving real product impact, from insight to adoption, while helping shape how Product is built at Aletiq. Drive Product Strategy: Contribute to the product vision with the Co‑founder/COO and turn strategic objectives into a clear, actionable roadmap for your product area. Lead User Discovery: Run discovery loops with industrial users, turning complex needs into clear problem statements and product opportunities. Orchestrate Execution: Work daily with our squad (Engineers + Product Designer) to bring high‑quality features to life through sharp PRDs, user stories and strong delivery discipline. Balance UX & Technical Depth: Collaborate closely with senior engineers to align user‑facing priorities with technical improvements that enhance scalability and performance. Measure & Iterate: Define KPIs/OKRs, analyse results, and continuously refine the product based on data, feedback, and impact on operations. Act as a Product Connector: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to validate hypotheses, challenge ideas, and ensure product‑market fit and adoption. About You We are looking for a highly talented functional expert ready to take on a foundational role. This role might be a good fit for you if you have/are: Demonstrated success as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment. Proven experience collaborating within a cross‑functional product squad (Engineering + Design) to deliver compelling, high‑converting features in a fast‑paced environment. Exceptional ability to structure thoughts, write clear and concise product documentation (PRDs / user stories), and communicate complex ideas effectively, both written and verbal. Advanced analytical skills. You live and breathe data, comfortable using KPIs and prioritisation frameworks to make nuanced decisions. Highly organised, accountable, and possess a natural inclination for getting things done. You can operate effectively and propel initiatives from inception to launch. Proficient in both French and English, for effective internal and external communication. Knowledge of the manufacturing / industrial sector is a plus, but not a requirement.
