Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to drive the optimization and innovation of our Retailer journey to find new brands, new products for their shop and create a habit for retailers to come back to Ankorstore to do their shopping Main Responsibilities Product Strategy and Roadmap: Together with the team and retailer lead, develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for the discovery process, aligned with the broader business objectives and customer needs. Feature Prioritization and Planning: Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear requirements and timelines for implementation. User Experience Optimization: Continuously improve the usability, efficiency, and effectiveness of onboarding, search, inspiration and discovery flow to enhance customer satisfaction and drive conversion rates. Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to deliver an intuitive and inspiring experience. Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. Collaborate on architecture decisions and AI solutions. Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of shopping experience. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and use findings to inform product decisions and optimizations. Competitive Analysis and Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings related shopping processes. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation. Stakeholder Communication and Alignment: Communicate product plans, progress, and priorities to stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, sales, marketing, and customer support teams. Foster collaboration and alignment to ensure a unified approach to delivering value to our retailers, but also brands. Requirements 5+ years of experience as Product Manager or equivalent role Previous experience working at an e-commerce company or marketplace Previous experience as a project manager, account manager or similar Team player Strong Conceptual Thinker Passion for user centric solutions Willingness to dig deep to understand the underlying core problem and technical challenges Motivation to roll up sleeves and get things down Proficiency in analyzing data Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organization Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, market conditions, and business requirements.
