This individual will drive improvement initiatives, support business stakeholders (primarily based in the UK/EU), and contribute significantly to major SAP-related projects and transformations. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of innovative CX solutions to support revenue growth, customer-centricity, and digital transformation. Participate in improvement initiatives across Sales and CRM platforms, including: SAP SD SAP Sales Cloud SAP CPQ SAP Commerce Cloud SAP Analytics Cloud Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing teams to analyze, optimize, and enhance business processes in Sales & CRM systems. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Sales & CRM platforms, ensuring operational stability and quick issue resolution. Stay updated on SAP advancements, industry trends, and best practices in the Sales & Marketing domain. Work cross-functionally with SAP teams and IT groups to develop technical solutions aligned with business needs. Apply strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system challenges, maximizing IT investments. Query, analyze, and interpret system data to provide actionable insights and support future enhancements. Actively contribute to SAP upgrade cycles and ensure seamless transitions. Coordinate and interface with third-party system implementors for project and integration activities. Required Skills & Experience 10–12 years of experience in SAP CX, Sales, or CRM systems, with strong exposure to SAP SD and related Sales & Marketing modules. Strong functional and technical background within SAP Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Commerce Cloud. Hands-on experience supporting SAP environments, including configuration and troubleshooting. Experience working with geographically distributed business stakeholders (preferably UK/EU). Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and drive improvement initiatives. Experience collaborating with external vendors, integrators, and multi-functional IT teams.
