Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d) Infopro Digital Automotive, part of the Infopro Digital group, is looking for a Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our team on a permanent, full‑time basis (40 hours per week) in our German operation based in Hattersheim am Main, Germany. The role focuses on selling products and services to parts manufacturers and data consumers in the D.A.CH region, driving business growth and customer success. The Challenge As a Technical Sales Representative, you will independently identify, engage, and close new customers, leveraging your technical knowledge of automotive data management and database queries. You will work closely with product and sales teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs and help reach sales targets. Responsibilities Customer acquisition and support – acquire new customers and develop long‑term relationships through data and IT expertise. Sales of Data products and Software solutions – present, consult, negotiate, and close contracts for product‑and‑catalogue‑management solutions. Market and competition analysis – identify new market potentials and trends in automotive software and data management. Technical consulting and solution design – translate customer requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with the product team. Participation in trade fairs and events – represent the company at trade fairs and industry events. Qualifications Technical education – completed studies in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification. Professional experience – experience in data and catalogue management, preferably in sales, and ideally in the automotive or software industry. Technical understanding – sound knowledge of data management and standards in the automotive aftermarket; skills in database systems and data analysis. Strong communication skills – convincing and professional appearance with customers, strong negotiation skills. Language skills – very good written and spoken German and English.
