You will support the entire sales cycle - from identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions to post-sale technical support - while expanding our presence in**France and North & West Africa**. * Proactively develop and expand our customer base in France and North & West Africa through acquisition and relationship management.* Collaborate with the sales teams to provide technical insights during pre-sales and sales activities, as well as with cross-functional teams such as product development, project management, after-market or marketing.* Provide expert consultation by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored technical solutions* Identify and develop new market segments through competitive and market analysis.* Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, customer visits and visits to our test centers.**Your qualifications*** A degree in Industrial Engineering or a comparable technology-related field* 3-5 years of professional experience in technical sales, application engineering, or a related field, preferably in a technical or industrial environment (experience in the chemical, cement, or steel industries is a plus).* Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.* High customer orientation, self-motivation, and a willingness to travel.* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both French and English, written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.**We offer*** An exciting environment with a dynamic global market leader* A wide range of training and development opportunities* A team of colleagues who will support you and look forward to you joining them.* And much more**Qlar - What we care for** Diversity of backgrounds makes Qlar stronger and is essential to our culture and our operating as a world-class competitor.
