Overview Join to apply for the Responsable d'Exploitation Biogaz H/F role at CVE (Changing Visions of Energy). Responsibilities Optimize biogas production in compliance with CVE Biogaz's QHSE policy and applicable regulations. Monitor, analyze, and manage the administrative, technical, and biological aspects of the site. Manage, receive, check the quality and quantity of inputs and digestate; anticipate supplies and manage outputs. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance with internal teams or subcontractors. Provide managerial leadership for a team of 3–5 people and manage relationships with service providers. Establish and organize on-call schedules, participating every 3–4 weeks depending on the period. Be the guarantor of hygiene and safety instructions (PPE use, ICPE regulations). You will interact actively with the Biogas teams (operations, biomass supply, digestate, etc.) and agricultural companies, and provide regular reporting to your supervisor. Due to regulatory requirements and on-call duties, your home location must be within a 1-hour travel radius of the site. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as a site manager in methane digestion, agriculture, energy, waste or water treatment, chemical industry, or agri-food sector. Familiarity with technical equipment (hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, automation) and the ability to participate in deploying new applications. Ability to react to unforeseen issues and analyze problems effectively. Strong safety mindset; various certifications and trainings (CACES, electrical, ATEX, chemical risk, working at height) are highly recommended. Additional internal training possible. Autonomous, rigorous, proactive, with good teamwork, ability to prioritize and work in a culture of trust and transparency. Good computer skills (office software, CMMS and monitoring systems). Belief in the role of renewable energy in the future and desire to be part of a growing, ambitious project.
