Description du Poste: Vous avez pour principales missions de piloter la réalisation et de coordonner l’installation d’équipement industriel sur une ligne de production pharmaceutique. Vous assurez la supervision des phases de faisabilité technique, de conception et de réception. Vous êtes garant de la qualité, la conformité et le respect des délais sur le projet d’installation chez un sous-traitant manufacturier. Vous êtes susceptible d’encadrer une équipe d'ingénieurs et de techniciens. Vous assurez la coordination avec les sous-traitants en collaboration avec le directeur projet. Missions: Vous veuillez au respect des cahier des charges (URS, APD) pour l’acquisition d’équipement de production, vous gérez la conception, la réception (FAT, SAT), l'installation des nouveaux équipements, et accompagnez les services qualité pour la qualification et validation des équipements (IQOQPQ, PPQ, validation de nettoyage) Vous êtes en relation directe avec les sous-traitants et les autres équipes projets pour la réalisation d’une unité de production. Vous assurez un reporting structuré (avancé du projet, planning équipement, ressource) et élaboré le plan projet global en collaboration avec le directeur projet en identifiant les chemins critiques. Compétences : Profil : Ingénieur de formation (généraliste, mécanique ou en génie industriel), vous justifiez de 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle acquise au sein d'une industrie de process (idéalement industrie pharmaceutique). Compétences : Vous avez un fort esprit d'équipe, une capacité à travailler en transversal, bonne communication orale et écrite, capacite de négociation, bonne esprit de synthèse Vous avez un très bon niveau d'anglais. Compétences comportementales : Curiosité :Continuer à explorer de nouveaux horizons. Se demander « Pourquoi ? » et surtout « Pourquoi pas ?
