INDIA AFFAIRS PROJECT MANAGERCDD 1 an - October 2025MAIN PURPOSE:Created within the International Commercial Department, the India Affairs & Strategy Department is responsible for building the ambition for the development of India and Indians worldwide for the Maison and across the organization.The department works in close collaboration with India and the Indian Diaspora countries at Cartier to build and support strategy and business development plans. The department is responsible for creating an ecosystem of influential network of external stake holders to foster the influence of Cartier in India and the key diaspora countries.As part of the India Affairs department at the International HQ, reporting to the India Affairs & Strategy Director, the role will be responsible in building strategic insights, analyzing business opportunities to support the growth of the India market and develop Indians worldwide in Indian diaspora & travelers markets like US, UK, France, Singapore etc. and work in strong collaboration with markets and regions. This role will lead strategic business development projects and will support lobbying initiatives with key stakeholders in the policy making eco system in India and other countries.The role will require strong analytical skills, a strong capacity to build strategic presentations and a capacity to lead strategic projects in a complex and transversal eco-system.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop in-depth analysis and business intelligence on Indian diaspora and India opportunity, build quantitative and qualitative insights. Create intelligence reports on India & Indians WW inside Cartier.Build sales and client data base, analysis & dashboardsClient database building & management of UHNWI, HNW Indians per market of Indians WWBuild client and business development action plansBuild strategic presentations on Opportunity & strategy for India affairsBuild presentations for strategic Seminars & conferencesWork in collaboration with international, regional and market teamsPlan and deploy lobbying initiatives in the policy making eco systemBuild action plans working with the regions & market teams for retail network, communication & branding, events, products, client development, budget, retail initiatives etc.Work on transversal action plans with internal teams: commercial, marketing & communication, merchandising, retail, VIP experience, events, patrimony etc.Work in strong collaboration with India affairs managersPROFILE SKILLS:Work experience in the luxury industry: 5 yearsStrategic mindset with excellent analytical skillsSuccessful track record of building strategic presentations.Strategic and business-oriented mindsetKnowledge on India is an asset.Good understanding of luxury clients and luxury businessUniversity postgraduate/ Business SchoolInternational profile with an Indian cultural background is an assetKnowledge of retail is an assetExcellent Communication skillsStrong team spiritA strong agile mindset with a capacity to adaptCapacity to navigate a complex eco-systemLanguage: English fluent and written, French spoken will be an added valueIT Skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
