Observability Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a distributed team that builds and maintains our observability stack—making Kubernetes operators easy to deploy and operate, and providing deep insights out of the box. You will be a hands‑on coder, reviewing and leading architecture and code, while also inspiring and developing the people you manage. Location This role can be home‑based in the EMEA or Americas regions.
