Head of Recruitment & School Partnerships Join to apply for the Head of Recruitment & School Partnerships role at Bouygues Construction. Responsibilities Develop future talent: Reach 10% of young professionals (interns, apprentices, early‑career hires) within our workforce. Strengthen diversity and openness: Foster inclusive practices across our teams. Enhance employer attractiveness: Support major countries in recruitment initiatives and use employer branding events to promote our culture. School Relations: Define and roll out strategy with schools and universities; engage internal communities such as ambassadors and school relations representatives. Recruitment: Strengthen social media presence, coordinate recruitment teams, oversee HR information systems, and manage key partnerships. Employer Branding: Organise employer‑attractiveness events, promote our brand, and design innovative initiatives. Qualifications Approximately 15 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related fields. Key strengths: assertiveness, curiosity, strong interpersonal skills, organisation, rigor, and team spirit. International experience preferred; position may be partly performed in English, but a solid command of French (minimum B2 level) is required.
