Joining Alteia means becoming part of a dynamic Product & Tech organization of 50 engineers and 10 Product experts. We are structured into agile feature teams, placing algorithms and predictive models at the core of the value we deliver to our customers. Alteia is now part of GE Vernova. The Alteia software is sold by this larger organization under the name "GridOS Visual Intelligence." Your Role Launch a new use case for electric grid operators focusing on Electric network design, leveraging the GridOS Visual Intelligence platform. The objective is to rapidly develop and deliver a relevant product to the market by utilizing the platform’s current technical and functional capabilities. Your mission spans the entire product lifecycle, from initial market analysis to securing a lighthouse customer. You will partner with the Product Owner and act as the main driver and investor of the solution. To summarize your role will be to take a clear, bold stance on investment decisions, prioritizing a Return on Investment (ROI) based methodology. Your Key Missions Set the long‑term vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap aligned with business goals, supported by market research. Gather Customer & Market Insight: Act as the customer voice by conducting research, analyzing data, and translating feedback into clear product specifications. Lead Cross‑Functional Execution: Oversee the development process and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales for timely, high‑quality delivery and effective go‑to‑market strategies. Manage Business Performance & Financial Health: Own product KPIs, develop business cases, and monitor usage and commercial metrics to ensure objectives are met. Your Ideal Profile Education: Engineering degree or equivalent (Master’s level). Experience: At least 2 years as a Product Manager or similar role in a B2B/SaaS software company is a nice to have. Business Knowledge (nice to have) : Expertise in understanding utility needs related to electric network design and GIS is appreciated. Deep knowledge of the electric grid operator’s organizational structure, operational procedures, and specific needs. Tech & AI Affinity: A strong curiosity for Data Science and AI. You love turning complex technical topics into simple products. An interest or background in computer vision and visual data (images, LiDAR) is a plus. Skills & Languages: Fluent English is a must.
