If you want to work for a company that respects its values join us What does this internship involve As part of the R&D team at Filorga Cosmetics Laboratories you will assist the R&D Formula Project Managers with: Participating in the development of new products: analysing marketing briefs researching active ingredients drafting formulation briefs liaising with suppliers and subcontractors. Monitoring the submission of new formulas internally and debriefing the relevant parties. Monitoring the implementation of developments (innovations and / or reformulations): pilot projects stability testing industrial trials etc. Liaising with all internal and external departments: marketing purchasing regulatory affairs quality etc. Monitoring the development schedule and communicating project progress internally. Monitoring innovative active ingredients technologies textures and products: competitor analysis supplier meetings ingredient trade shows reviewing subcontractor trends and innovations etc. Required skills for this position Scientific background required. Strong awareness of the cosmetics market. Good knowledge of Google IT tools. Ability to synthesize information organizational skills dynamism rigor autonomy curiosity creativity and responsiveness. Good oral and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with multiple project managers. Previous experience in cosmetics / formulation is a plus.
