About the role Reporting to the Head of Onsite Strategy in the Merchandising Team, the E-commerce & CRM Intern is responsible for planning and executing animation campaigns and commercial initiatives based on local data and trends to drive performance in the EMEA & APAC market. What you will do Plan weekly animation calendar, coordinate and execute all local animation & commercial campaigns onsite (platform homepage & customer journey touchpoints) and on CRM. Campaign briefs, assets follow-up with Creative & Copy teams, and implementation of campaigns on our CMS & CRM tools. Analyze campaign performance: weekly & monthly reporting. Lead independent, structured deep dives leveraging data analysis and business insights to help your team and collaborators better understand trend / user behavior. Perform market research; benchmarking and competitor trends tracking to identify areas of improvement and translate them into actions. Who you are Currently (and by January 2026) enrolled in a Master degree in Business School or University specializing in Business Strategy, Digital Marketing, Media Management or a similar degree with a strong interest in E-commerce. Excellent Excel and good PowerPoint knowledge. Strong analytical skills and willingness to develop them: leverage extensive data, ensure data accuracy and pay attention to details. Structured, detail-oriented, proactive and highly motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills, able to multitask. Good English & communication skills are required. Strong interest in fashion and luxury is a plus. Knowledge in CMS and / or CRM tool is a plus. Proficiency in SQL is an advantage. Details 6‑month internship; University agreement mandatory.
