We are currently looking for an experienced After Sales Service Director Europe EU (m/f/x), preferably located within Germany, UK, Spain, Italy or France.

Join our dynamic European team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage after-sales service team
  • Develop and foster a solid after-sales service strategy
  • Formulate and implement said after-sales service strategy according to the company's strategic objectives and market demand, ensuring that it is coordinated with the company's overall European and global strategy
  • Build and maintain the localization service team and service resources, establishing complete service capabilities in close cooperation with the HQ
  • Manage the after-sales service process, develop and optimize after-sales service processes, ensuring efficient and smooth service experience
  • Act on the headquarters strategic planning content, decompose regional implementation goals and tasks, and promote implementation
  • Provide customers with timely and professional service
  • Improve the overall quality of the company's after-sales service
  • Establish solid customer relationships and understand customers' needs
  • Regularly communicate with the headquarters about the progress of projects and regional work

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of work experience and at least 5 years of team management experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in energy storage/lithium battery industry
  • Frequent business travels within Europe and to other locations like the HQ in China
  • Able to support the service communication of various countries in the region (Southern Europe, Central Europe, and Eastern Europe)
  • Fluency in English; other European languages are considered a big plus
  • Solid intercultural communication skills
  • Valid EU residence and work permit
  • Very good communication and outstanding negotiation skills
