Product Manager – Privacy Cockpit Join our Product team at EQS Group to shape the future of privacy, AI governance, and digital ethics. In this role you will steer the strategic vision of our B2B SaaS platform, driving product success by collaborating with key stakeholders across Sales, Growth, Customer Success, Engineering and Product Design. Health priority – private health insurance (Alan), Swile card for meals and more. YOUR IMPACT At EQS we build the Privacy Cockpit to simplify privacy and digital ethics. The platform covers records of processing activities, DPIAs, data‑subject requests, automated workflows, EU AI Act support and responsible AI practices. Your work will help partners reduce manual effort, increase transparency, and protect data. RESPONSIBILITIES Dig into customer problems – conduct product discovery, user research and testing, advocate for the customer across the organization. Transform strategy into impact – create plans to drive product adoption, align with business goals, understand market dynamics, and collaborate with marketing, sales and other stakeholders. Support efficient delivery – own quarterly objectives, prioritize products backlog, work with engineering using agile methodologies and measure success for continuous improvement. Make data‑informed decisions – incorporate data, market analysis and research into planning and daily work. Act as an evangelist – champion the product internally and externally, maintain relationships with customers and industry influencers. THIS IS YOU – QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3 years experience as Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment. Proven track record of shipping customer value that translates into business value. Leadership qualities that inspire cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Excellent communication and visualization skills; thrive in a diverse environment. Curious, analytical, pragmatic – passionate about turning complexity into simple solutions. Fast‑paced environments – balance strategy with hands‑on execution. Fluent English and French (C1/C2).
