Team Lead, Recruiting Coordination - ParisParis, FranceThis role will lead a regional team of recruiting coordinators in EMEA who will optimise our hiring process and take our candidate experience to the next level. You will be reporting to the Head of Global Recruiting coordination. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work‑life harmony that best fits them.What You’ll Do:Lead and mentor a team of 5+ coordinators while maintaining a high bar for the level of service provided to our internal and external clients, scheduling interviews when neededOptimise the effectiveness of recruiting as an operation and drive consistency across the boardProvide development opportunities and performance feedback for direct reportsRecommend and implement improvements to the hiring process and Greenhouse ATS workflow both for internal partners and candidatesWork with the Recruiting coordination leadership team in order to recommend and implement improvements to our scheduling tool in order to load balance, monitor and fairly distribute the requests across the teamManage and deliver change confidently, prioritising the business needsPromote an environment where scaling solutions are paramountDrive cross‑functional projects by facilitating communication, coordination, planning and execution across the recruiting team and internal stakeholdersLead with Data: leverage data to define program success metrics and recommend strategic decisions to coordination leadershipBased on bandwidth, you may be required to work up to 20% of your weekly hours in scheduling tasks for sensitive roles, leadership rolesWho You Are:Experienced in 5+ years of combined business experience, with 2+ years in Recruiting/HR operations, recruiting, or recruiting coordinationCandidate experience obsessedPassionate about mentoring and coaching othersDeep understanding of recruiting lifecycle and toolingAble to own and drive projects to completion; A creative thinker and problem solverExperienced in building and scaling candidate, interviewer, and coordination programmesAble to use data and analytics to develop insights and influence decisionsDatadog values people from all walks of life.
