- Job description**The Role**

We are looking for a Team Lead for our growing Projects devision. In this role, you will supervise the team responsible for working across our varied RPO client portfolio in short, targeted bursts to assist in closing down their aged requisitions.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Managing a team of multilingual Recruiters
- Assigning individual responsibilities when applicable
- Defining and communicating individual and team metrics
- Maintaining awareness of creative sourcing strategies and working closely with the team to develop a best approach for the allocated client
- Maintaining strong internal stakeholder relationships
- Delivering to SLAs and KPIs, and developing/delivering metrics and reporting
- Communicating effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
- Advising on process improvements and recruitment best practice

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience of being a Team Leader or Team Mentor
- Demonstrable ability to work in a fast-paced service environment, with project deadlines and quick turnarounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Expertise in developing and maintaining internal client relationships
- Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring techniques with the ability to guide and support your team
- Understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting standards
