We develop and manufacture proprietary ex vivo human skin models and primary immune cell platforms, offering advanced non‑clinical CRO services to top‑tier pharmaceutical, biotech, and cosmetics clients. Job Summary Genoskin is looking for a Scientific & Commercial Support Specialist to play a key role at the interface between science, business development, and operations. This position is ideal for a scientifically trained professional who enjoys translating complex scientific programs into clear, structured commercial proposals and supporting clients during critical pre‑sales phases. The Scientific & Commercial Support Specialist will report to the Director of the Scientific & Commercial Support team and will be a central contributor to the quotation and study acceptance process, ensuring that scientific study plans are accurately reflected in commercial proposals and that all pre‑ and post‑quotation steps run smoothly. You will work closely with: Customers during the quotation phase Business Development Study Directors and scientific leadership Your role ensures clarity, alignment, and efficiency before studies are launched. Key Responsibilities Provide scientific pre‑sales support and clarify technical questions from clients Prepare and revise study quotations based on validated study plans Translate scientific scopes into clear commercial proposals (budget, timelines, deliverables) Coordinate administrative steps linked to study acceptance (quotations, signatures, POs) Organize and schedule kick‑off and client meetings Maintain accurate documentation across CRM, project management tools, and shared systems Contribute to knowledge management, customer insights, and continuous improvement Support quality and commercial procedure updates Profile we are looking for PhD in immunology, or a related life sciences field Experience in scientific communication, proposal writing, or pre‑sales support Strong ability to bridge science and business Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Structured, detail‑oriented, collaborative mindset and leadership skills Comfortable working with CRM and project management tools Why Join Genoskin?
