Bringing the ops perspective into Alan strategy. Building our organisation and processes to deliver the vision to allow further disruption and product diversification. Monitoring and running those processes internally or externally on a daily basis. Scaling efficiently and industrialising our operational stack to handle fast growth, international expansion and cost optimisation. We handle complex projects in constant interaction with multidisciplinary teams (Product & Design, Engineering, Data, Customer Support, Finance, etc.). You’ll be joining 30+ talented, committed, passionate Ops team members from five different countries. The challenges We are looking for driven professionals with a strong operational background to disrupt the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare. Our goal is to delight our members everywhere as we keep on scaling and building new services. Strategy / Ownership – Define Ops strategic vision, drive alignment, model build/buy/partner options, and more. Build – Own and implement strategic projects such as launching new insurance products, internalising processes, creating new health services, and industrialising operations. Run – Perform, monitor, and scale daily business operations, supervise and grow the team of insurance operators or health professionals, and handle external partnerships. People growth – Coach and mentor team members, ensuring continuous feedback and development of new skills. What we’re looking for At least 2 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship. Full fluency in English and Spanish/French/Dutch. High level of structure and strong analytical skills, including SQL fluency for data analysis. Ability to build automations (Zapier, n8n, etc.). Experience launching and steering projects by setting a high‑level vision and monitoring day‑to‑day progress. Strong process optimisation skills while never compromising members’ delight. Comfortable in fast‑paced environments, proactive, and resilient. Love collaborating with transversal teams, not afraid to be hands‑on or challenge past decisions.
