Overview Essential part of the new Global Product Owner HR Core structure accountable for the end-to-end management of HR Core Products within GXO, from hire to retire, consisting of operating model, processes, technology and data through the entire lifecycle (strategy, plan, build and run). GXO are looking for a HR Product Specialist HR Core with experience in a fast-paced environment across multiple geographies, topics and teams. The ideal candidate will have product management experience including strong project management skills in the domain of HR Core with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central strong knowledge, ideally. The scope of the role is primarily to support the CE region (but not exclusively) and will work closely with the Product Owner, Process Owners and other HR Product Specialists HR Core as well as the People Services teams and in collaboration with HR Technology. The role will report to the Global Product Owner HR Core. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our HR Core solutions (mainly SAP SuccessFactors EC), from requirements gathering, testing to implementation and support. Work with the HR Core Process Owners and the People Services teams in the UKI region to understand their needs and translate them into functional product features and improvements (continuous improvement, optimization and new opportunities) Manage the backlog of requirements in JIRA in collaboration with HR Technology and represent HR in the CAB process Process Improvement Work with the Process Owners to identify opportunities for standardizing and optimizing HR Core processes across the UKI region to improve efficiency and maintain a consistent employee experience Ensure HR software supports best practices in HR operations and aligns with industry standards. Maintenance, User Support & Training In collaboration with HR Technology, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements. Act as the primary point of contact for system-related issues, providing timely resolution or escalation when necessary. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within HR Core systems Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users to ensure proper use of HR products. Experience & Qualifications Skills Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects across different regions and time zones Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams across diverse regions Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent planning skills Works well under pressure with the ability to work at pace in an agile manner delivering outputs in the moment Excellent team player with a collaborative approach Influence with a positive and professional attitude Experience 7+ years of experience in product management with a focus on HR Core, ideally in a global context. Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, ideally of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Document Management Systems Experience in Agile Project Management Experience in cross country, regional and cultural transformation programs Able to use and apply key project technologies and planning Tools Excel, Jira, Teams, SharePoint, Project etc) Certification (optional but preferred) : SAP HCM and/or project management and/or product management #J-18808-Ljbffr
