In 2024, our AI-powered support tools reduced response times by 60% while improving member satisfaction scores.What you’ll build and who you’ll work withSupport tools & systems: Sophisticated platforms that empower our support team to deliver exceptional member experiencesOperational solutions: Systems that combine technical excellence with a deep understanding of support workflows and member needsAutomated support workflows: AI-driven automation that handles routine tasks, letting our support team focus on complex member needs and relationship buildingRoleYou'll lead 6-15 engineers across multiple crews, working closely with product managers, support operations, and data scientists. You're the bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and real member impact.
