Making animals’ lives better makes life better – join our team today Votre Rôle The role of the Responsable Grands Comptes is to maximize sales of Elanco products in the assigned territory by fully managing all targeted key accounts and becoming a value‑added partner for the clients. Through specific sales visits, project management, farm visits, group discussions and training, the account manager presents the full range of Elanco products. They help clients optimize the use of Elanco products and services to achieve best practices and the greatest benefit to their customers. The account manager prepares action plans for clients and executes them by coordinating commercial and technical initiatives with veterinarians, integrators, and producers within the client’s national team. Vos Responsabilités Know and understand each key account’s stakeholders, their influence, and interactions within the client’s company. Be a recognized technical and commercial interlocutor specialized in the industry. Be responsible for achieving sales objectives through execution of action plans with targeted key accounts. Cultivate client relationships to develop value creation proposals (influencing from farm to slaughter, from the farmer to company leadership). Continuously listen to client needs to add value and increase our results. Analyze and mobilize internal company resources to serve our key accounts. Compétences Requises Business acumen and results orientation. Ability to develop long‑term commercial relationships. Leadership: internal and external influence. Proven persuasion and influence skills with negotiation expertise. Demonstrated ability to acquire and apply technical/scientific knowledge. Technical knowledge in animal production. Passion for agricultural sectors and livestock. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Openness to feedback and continuous improvement. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Adaptability to learn new products and diseases over time. Computer literacy. Basic English (written and oral). Profil Formation Minimum BAC+2 in a scientific (e.g., BTS Biologie, Biochimie) or agricultural field (e.g., BTS Agri / Production Animale) per article L5142‑6‑1 of the French public health code. Or a degree in commerce with at least 3 years experience as a veterinary sales delegate. Ideally a master in Animal Production or Agricultural Engineer / Agronomist. Expériences Professionnelles Open to newly graduated individuals; a first professional experience is an advantage. Experience in animal production and/or animal health market with full responsibility over a range. Informations Complémentaires Preferred region: Hauts de France / Grand Est / Région Parisienne.
