Context Experienced IT (Systems) Engineer needed to manage the Apple ecosystem and support AI transformation across a 300+ employee, multi‑office organization. Main Responsibilities Apple ecosystem management – fleet of ~300 MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, Apple TV; advanced MDM with Kandji; Cloudflare Zero Trust DNS proxy; security policy deployment (CIS Level 1); hardware inventory lifecycle. Support & Operations – Level 2 technical support, onboarding/offboarding, daily provisioning, user training. Infrastructure & Offices – meeting‑room and audiovisual equipment management (Google Meet Hardware), Apple TV digital signage, building access control (GENEA), coordination with network providers. Projects & Evolution – AI transformation support, automation with make.com, SIEM monitoring via Datadog, security committee participation, IT stack modernization. Technical Environment Apple suite – Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Kandji, ABM. SaaS – Google Workspace, Slack, Notion. AI/Automation – Dust AI, Make.com, prompting best practices. Infrastructure – Juniper Mist, Cloudflare Zero Trust, Okta. Security – Datadog SIEM, Genea access control. Support – Siit.io (migrating from Jira Service Management). Required Expertise Apple environment administration. Apple MDM expertise (Kandji/JAMF). Okta platform administration & workflows. SaaS best practices (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion). Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies. Understanding of enterprise security challenges. Soft Skills Autonomous project leadership – plan, execute, and coordinate technical projects.
