The Town of Ayer seeks a highly motivated individual to assist the Town’s Director of Parks and Recreation with the administration, maintenance, and recreation programs of the Town of Ayer’s parks, waterfront/beach, and all recreational facilities. The Assistant Director reports to the Director and supports all aspects of the Parks and Recreation Department.
