Country Sales Manager Hard Assets Join to apply for the Country Sales Manager Hard Assets role at DLL 4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants As a Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales teams and aligned commercial activities in France within your Global Business Unit (GBU). You will ensure the effective implementation and management of the commercial strategy and objectives in line with the GBU strategic plan and program agreements. Acting as the senior representative of the GBU in the country, you will serve as a critical link between the GBU and the domestic market, optimizing program performance to achieve sales volume, new business growth, and income targets. You will report hierarchically to the Market General Manager and functionally to the GBU, and be a member of the local Management Team. Day To Day Commercial Strategy & Performance: Implement and manage the commercial strategy and objectives for the GBU in compliance with strategic plans and program agreements; Monitor and optimize program performance to achieve defined sales, new business, and income targets; Represent the GBU at country level, ensuring alignment between global objectives and local market execution. Business Growth & Customer Engagement: Drive sustainable and profitable growth for DLL by contributing to the development and execution of the company’s growth agenda; Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and end-user customers; Develop strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with targeted customers; Engage customers and partners to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver added value. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve their goals and contribute to organizational success. Guide team members through performance reviews, compensation discussions, and career development planning. Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure individual and collective success. Foster a positive, high-performing work environment that encourages initiative, collaboration, and professional growth. Essentials Proven experience in sales leadership within financial services, leasing, or related industries, combined with deep expertise in the Food & Agriculture or Construction & Industry markets. Strong track record of delivering commercial results and driving business growth. Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills. Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team development, coaching, and performance management. Solid understanding of financial and business data, with the ability to leverage insights for decision-making. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to collaborate actively with Group and local stakeholders.
