They should also have a sense of responsibility, in particular with regards to environmental and social issues.Teaching profile:– The person recruited will be required to teach at Bachelor level in Biology in the disciplines of Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology.– And at master level, in the Master’s degree in Biology– She/he may have to teach at Grenoble and/or Valence sites.Research profile:– The candidate will develop a research project in translational immunology in closed collaboration with the Institute of Advanced Biosciences (IAB, UGA Inserm 1209 CNRS 5309) and the French Blood Bank (Etablissement Français du Sang [EFS] Auvergne Rhône-Alpes [AuRA]).– The goal of this project will be based on the characterization and the modulation of innate immune responses (i.e., dendritic cells, monocytes/macrophages)in chronic inflammatory settings (including cancers, infections, transplantation…). This project of translational research will consist in studying the role of these innate immune cells during immune modulation (i.e., immunotherapies) and/or in using these innate immune cells to develop new preventive or therapeuticapproaches.– The relationship between these innate immune cells and effector cells (i.e., conventional T cells, gamma/delta T cells, MAIT, NK or iNKT cells) would be also studied.Institut for Advanced Biosciences (IAB) UGA Inserm 1209 CNRS 5309 #J-18808-Ljbffr
