You bridge the gap between the customer and business needs, working in a Trio with Product Design and Product Engineering tocome up with innovativesolution ideas. Leverage our extensive customer base to discuss andvalidateideas. Along with the Product Designer, conduct user research and test and identify newuser needs,trendsand areas for innovation. Make data-informeddecisionsIncorporate data, research, and market analysis intoyour planning and daily work. Be an EvangelistServe as the internal and external champion for your productarea, representing itsvalue proposition and unique selling points. Make sure our customer-facing teams are aware of the most relevant value-adding features and functionalities. Engage with customers and industry influencers to build relationships and stay ahead of market trends. THIS IS YOU To succeed inthis role: You have at least 3 years of experience working as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. You have a proven track recordof shippingcustomervalue that translates into business value, working with a cross-functional tech team and guiding it to achieve defined milestones. You demonstrate natural leadership qualities that allow you to inspire and lead your Product team and key stakeholders to desiredoutcomes, ensuring everyone is part of the journey. You have excellent communication and visualization skills and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds. You are curious, analytical, and pragmatic, with a passion for turning complex systems into simple, intuitive solutions.
