Christie is hiring a Customer Service Engineer I in France. The role focuses on troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving AV and cinema system issues, with on-site duties and substantial travel. Training will be provided for developing capabilities in more complex tasks over time.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a technical customer service role within AV, plus relevant technical degree or proven AV experience, and must be willing to travel extensively, often on short notice.
