Manager – Enterprise Performance Management (Tagetik Specialist) Location : Paris (Hybrid working available) Contract Type : Permanent Start Date : ASAP Industry : Consulting – Financial Planning & Analytics What is the role and company? A growing boutique consultancy based in Paris is looking for a Manager to join its specialist team focused on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). The firm partners with leading organisations to deliver tailored solutions in financial planning, forecasting, and performance optimisation. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with deep technical expertise in Tagetik, particularly in planning and FP&A / controlling use cases. You’ll work closely with clients to design and implement high‑impact solutions while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the firm’s continued growth. What will I be doing? Lead the delivery of EPM projects, with a strong focus on Tagetik implementations and enhancements. Translate client requirements into robust planning and reporting solutions. Design and configure Tagetik applications for budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through best practices in FP&A and performance management. Manage project timelines, resources, and client communications. Support business development activities, including proposal writing and solution scoping. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture. What profile will I require? Required Strong technical expertise in Tagetik, particularly in planning and FP&A / controlling contexts. 5+ years of experience in EPM consulting or corporate finance roles. Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage project delivery. Solid understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Excellent communication skills in both French and English. Based in or willing to relocate to Paris. Preferred Experience in a consulting environment or working with multiple clients. Familiarity with integration between Tagetik and ERP systems. A proactive mindset with a passion for solving complex business challenges. Why should I take this role?
