Join Alan and apply for Software Engineer – Global Architecture. About the role Alan is building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery. The Global Architecture team turns country‑specific implementations into global modules so every product team can ship features across markets. Responsibilities Design cross‑cutting modules that become new building blocks for teams. Remove technical blockers that prevent product teams from using global components. Orchestrate data transformations to harmonize local data models while keeping flexibility. Own the full lifecycle of solutions – design, build, deploy, and maintain. Why this role matters Impact across multiple business domains; every solution affects many teams. Enable teams by fixing cross‑domain technical obstacles without replacing them. Share learnings and build expertise in globalization patterns. What we’re looking for 5+ years of experience writing code for production. Strong navigation of complex systems spanning business domains. Experience with architectural patterns and trade‑offs. Ability to spot blockers that affect multiple teams and design removal solutions. Qualifications Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or other object‑oriented languages. Passionate about building products and solving hard problems. Self‑starting, entrepreneurial, and collaborative. Fluent in English (French not required).
