Position Channel Partner Specialist – responsible for managing the NGS Solutions Channel Partners in the assigned countries within the EMEA Region. Reports to the Channel Partner Manager. Part of the Sales Team located in Belgium and fully remote. In this Role Take full responsibility in managing Channel Partners (CPs) in the assigned countries in EMEA region. Managing duties include proactively seeking and finding new CPs in territories not served by IDT, signing up new CPs by issuing re‑seller agreements, providing product and sales training, marketing support, setting up sales targets, and taking full responsibility for achieving and exceeding those targets. Monitor CP performance through regular online or face‑to‑face meetings. Set up customer visits organized by CP, proactively engage with end users and close sales. Enter and update strategic sales opportunities provided by CP into the Sales Force and move opportunities through the sales funnel. Actively engage and establish rapport with key opinion leaders with the help of CPs. Help organize and participate in yearly CP meetings. Seek assistance and report competitors’ behaviors to relevant stakeholders (CP Director, Technical Support, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Support, Logistics, Production). Achieve and exceed set sales targets for the assigned territory. Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a relevant Life Science field (biology, biochemistry, chemistry, etc.) or a relevant field. At least 3 years of Channel Partner Management experience, preferably in molecular and/or laboratory pathology sales, molecular biology reagents, laboratory consumables, or capital equipment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or key performance indicators. Excellent organizational skills, desire to make a personal impact, questioning the status quo, and readiness to lead. Fluency in English; additional languages a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with CRM SalesForce. Experience in Life Sciences and/or Diagnostic Markets across different EMEA regions. Travel Requirements The position is based in EMEA with approximately 50% travel, primarily within EMEA. When not traveling, the Channel Partner Specialist is expected to work from a home office.
