Our Core Values We bring client satisfaction We are impactful We go above and beyond We live one team, one dream The Team As a Technical Product Manager, you will join our Product team (20+ members) and support one of the Platform squads. These squads focus on highly technical projects related to core infrastructure, scalability, and integration of our platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with senior managers and engineers to drive initiatives around performance optimization, system stability, reliability, and data management. Tech Stack: JavaScript, NodeJS, Clickhouse, AWS Cloud, BigQuery, etc. Collaboration tools: Slack, Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Figma, etc. Your Mission Work with engineering, architecture, and product design teams to discover new ways to enhance platform stability, scalability, and performance. Foster a culture of data‑driven decision making by proactively measuring the impact of platform improvements, learning from failures, iterating, and continuously refining. Simplify complex systems and find the leanest, most effective solutions to technical challenges. Stay curious about technical trends, industry benchmarks, and innovations to ensure our platform remains competitive. Participate in the implementation of platform projects: from writing detailed product opportunity assessments, epics, and technical user stories to collaborating with engineers. Ensure smooth technical releases: manage readiness activities such as platform testing, performance benchmarking, system rollouts, and internal training on platform updates. Explore and manage relationships with potential technical partners and assess how external systems interact with our platform. What You'll Bring 3 years of experience in product management with tech skills, or a tech profile with product appetence. Experience supporting/contributing to technical projects and delivering highly technical products or platform‑related projects. Good technical foundation: knowledge of system architecture, data management and APIs, cloud infrastructure, web technologies, and languages. Experience with SaaS or cloud‑based platform development is a big plus. Technical passion: you understand technical subjects and can speak the same language as engineers. Ability to build a reliable and stable product: skilled at finding solutions that support our goals and customers. Excellent communication: able to explain complex technical details to non‑technical stakeholders while maintaining productive relationships with engineering teams. Customer‑centric mindset: you ensure platform improvements deliver tangible value to customers. French and English speaker: excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Bonus Experience in managing technical migrations, scaling platforms, or optimizing system performance in high‑growth environments.
