About Nabla We are a team of entrepreneurs, clinicians and engineers committed to bringing back joy to the practice of medicine. Together with a community of clinician innovators, we’ve harnessed the best of machine learning science to develop Nabla: the leading AI assistant that’s restoring the human connection at the heart of healthcare. By streamlining clinical documentation, Nabla is helping clinicians focus on matters most important – patient care. Today, over 85,000 clinicians across 130+ healthcare organizations trust Nabla to support how they deliver care every day. We’re at the start of an ambitious journey: ambient listening, dictation, coding and command capabilities are all converging into a proactive assistant that intuitively streamlines clinical and financial workflows. Backed by a recent $70M Series C, we’re hiring to build the next generation of clinical AI and improve the lives of clinicians and patients everywhere. Product at Nabla The product team is a tight‑knit group of builders, designers and strategists. Together with engineering, we define and deliver high‑impact tools that delight clinicians and solve their most pressing problems. Nabla offers a range of integration options, including a powerful API that lets partners and resellers build custom ambient documentation features directly into their products. We’re looking for a Technical PM to own and drive these integrations end‑to‑end. Responsibilities Product discovery: Lead product discovery efforts by identifying and validating opportunities through user research and data analysis. Partner closely with engineering and our sales team to understand our partners’ needs, integration workflows, and technical constraints. Roadmap prioritisation: Identify requirements that can translate into elegant and simple API features, prioritise them based on business impact, and organise them into product roadmaps. Product execution: Own the product execution process, working closely with engineers and the broader team. Drive the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our API surface: admin console, versioning, documentation quality, authentication flows, and backward compatibility. Strategic decision: Collaborate with the product and executive teams to contribute to strategic decisions that drive the company forward. Technical leadership: Act as the bridge between product and engineering by deeply understanding our architecture, ensuring roadmap decisions account for performance, observability, cost efficiency, and system dependencies. Your DNA 3+ years of product management experience in a technical or engineering‑heavy environment, and 1+ year of software engineer experience. Experience working with APIs, developer platforms or technical integrations, owning versioning, documentation and partner‑facing workflows. Strong systems thinking, ability to understand complex architectures, anticipate dependencies and make sound trade‑offs. Some exposure to regulated or safety‑critical industries (healthcare experience a plus). Clear and structured communicator, comfortable explaining trade‑offs and decisions to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Proven track record of collaborating with engineering and other teams to ship impactful technical products. Bonus: ability to write scripts or reason about system logs, API schemas and data models. Interview process 30‑minute call with our Talent Team. 45‑minute general PM interview with the Hiring Manager. On‑site interview round of interviews at our office, including: An interview about execution. An interview about technical product sense. A discussion with an engineer. A project presentation. Final 30‑minute call with our Leadership Team. Where you'll be based Our offices are based in Paris 3e (Arts & Métiers) but we are open to having this position in NYC also. Remote policy: 1 day a week (with some flexibility). Possibility of working remotely 1‑2 weeks once a year. Benefits Stock ownership. 100% healthcare coverage. Meal vouchers. Public transportation costs covered at 50%. Exercise classes during the workday: yoga, running, pilates, HIIT. Culture of trust & accountability: your output matters more than your clock‑in time. Life at Nabla When you become a part of our company, you join a team of excellence‑driven, curious, and genuinely kind individuals. We come to work excited to leverage AI to do more for clinicians, obsess over user satisfaction, and actively seek out opportunities to engage one‑on‑one with clinicians to understand how Nabla can better help. We consistently look for ways to improve and do not shy away from doing the work to excel. We love having fun as much as we love work; we exercise during the work day at least 3 times a week, enjoy regular off‑sites, and travel to places like NY, Paris, San Francisco and many other vibrant cities.
