Payroll Partner (France - Remote) Veralto is a global leader in essential technology solutions that protect water, food and medicine. We are looking for a Payroll Partner to support the growth and sustainability of our workforce. Location France – Remote Key Responsibilities Manage Tier‑1 payroll requests, responding to inquiries and executing transactional processes while exceeding Service Level Agreements. Be the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries from regional EMEA associate groups, focusing on France but also supporting other countries. Handle the full payroll cycle: collect, validate, and input payroll data; ensure timely salary payments in compliance with statutory regulations; work with payroll providers for applicable countries. Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate calculation and timely submission of social security contributions, taxes and other statutory obligations. Collaborate with HR and Finance on monthly payroll activities: update HRIS, report hire, leaver, transfer and promotion changes promptly. Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance, document procedures and maintain internal controls. Communicate with tax offices, health insurance companies, social security institutions and other authorities. Process supplementary insurance and pension plans. Prepare payroll reports, certificates and forms; reconcile accounts with the finance department; contribute to the preparation of annual financial statements. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of payroll experience. In‑depth knowledge of French labor, tax and social security regulations; additional country‑specific knowledge is welcomed. Experience working within multicultural, international teams, collaborating with Finance and HR business partners. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with strong communication, planning, and ownership skills. Problem‑solving mindset with excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in French and English; additional European languages are a plus. Knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
