Role Overview We’re looking for a National Partner Manager (NPM) to spread the power of Wiz in supporting our Enterprise & Majors sales segments. In this role, you will report to the Sr Director of Channels & Alliance and work alongside a team of Wizards focusing on building scalable routes to market with the right partners in your segment/region to reach customers and solve their cloud security challenges. You will help design, build, and implement a successful channel strategy. Key Responsibilities Own relationships for partners at the regional level: CSPs, reseller sales reps, reseller SEs Drive regional strategy on regional resellers: Execute strategy for national partners and CSPs (AWS, GCP, Microsoft) Drive enablement activities for regional partners with partner sellers and the technical team Support enablement activities for national partners with partner sellers and the technical team Drive internal enablement with Wiz sellers on partner go‑to‑market and value proposition. Develop and execute business plans with managed partner accounts. Drive account mapping activities with regional partner sellers and Wiz sellers; support account mapping with national partner sellers and Wiz sellers. Present updates to the Wiz sales team in the region during regular team meetings. Conduct 1:1 with Wiz sellers and RSDs. Share best practices with Wiz sellers and the specialist team. Own regional partners’ cloud strategy on targeted accounts, including proactive/reactive account knowledge of cloud spend, commitments, billing contacts, etc. Act as go‑to contact for partner conflicts and support sales cycles of deals in the region regardless of partnership type. Own escalations to ensure conflict resolution. Hold partners accountable for external partner rules of engagement. Help hold Wiz sellers accountable for internal partner rules of engagement. Manage partner application, administration, and agreement processes in collaboration with Wiz legal. Deliver the Wiz First Meeting pitch to partner teams. Align with Wiz marketing on regional partner strategy and work with field marketing to drive attendance and follow‑up. Goal: host three events per quarter per region (Wiz/CSP/Partner). Manage available budgets, including spiff promotion and execution. ACE management of incoming ACE deals via Workspan integration in SFDC. Deal registration qualification and administration. Track private offers and work with Wiz seller and partner operations to ensure smooth deal execution. Partner team forecasting to ensure proper deal management and engagement in opportunities. Weekly reporting updates to supported teams and leadership. Qualifications Process oriented – pays attention to detail and keeps SFDC accounts updated. Channel matchmaker – knows how to find the right partner for the right opportunity. Team player – collaborates closely with field teams as their go‑to channel person. Experience in channel recruitment and onboarding. Experience in SaaS channel management. Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Cloud Service Provider marketplace experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.). Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship.
