Want a multicultural working environment with fantastic colleagues?About SAMWe are the leading international sensory and consumer research company specialising in food, beverages, cosmetics, personal care and other consumer products.We have 19 proprietary state‑of‑the‑art facilities across multiple countries and cover more than 65 countries through our network of approved partners.SAM provides tailor‑made solutions, delivering actionable guidelines to make our clients’ brands and products memorable.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise sensory panels, ensuring high‑quality execution.Recruit, train, manage and motivate sensory panellists.Organise and prepare sensory tests, including scheduling, sample handling and questionnaire setup.Conduct various sensory evaluation sessions.Liaise directly with clients to coordinate panels and provide session debriefs.Assist with statistical analysis, data visualisation and report writing.Monitor and support panellist performance and contribute to quality assurance processes.Collaborate closely with sensory, research and data teams.Ensure all activities align with the company’s strategic objectives.Candidate ProfileUniversity degree, ideally in food science, social sciences, psychology, statistics or economics.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a sensory or quality assurance environment.Excellent written and oral communication skills in French (English is also advantageous).Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coaching panellists and coordinating with teams.Strong organisational and planning skills, that ensure work is effectively prioritised to meet deadlines.Rigorous, responsive and proactive.Our OfferA full‑time job onsite at our office facility in Paris.A competitive salary plus additional benefits.An exciting job profile covering a diverse range of tasks.A competent, creative and fun team to work alongside.ContactInterested to hear more?talent@samresearch.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
