They understand the importance of attracting and retaining talented individuals who uphold the same personal and professional standards.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESLive Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every dayIndependently create original designs for residential interiors using the RH design point of view and in-depth knowledge of the RH assortmentDetermine design objectives for client’s individual space, considering the architecture, the environment and the client’s lifestyleUse floor plans, sketches and visual presentations to illustrate how the RH design point of view will be interpreted for the client’s personal spaceEnsure fiscal goals are achieved through design projects and gallery design consultingMeet with clients both in gallery and in homeLead multiple design projects of various sizesMaster, execute, teach and support daily client interactions through the RH design point of view for residential interior designSuccessfully oversee all phases of the client experience from initial contact through deliveryOUR REQUIREMENTSyears design experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferredArt, Architecture or Interior Design or similar degree preferredProfessional portfolio requiredHands-on interior installation experience preferredProficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related space planning and rendering programs with strong graphic and digital presentation skillsStrong artistic skills, including hand rendering and sketching capabilities preferredResults-driven with proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire a teamCommitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detailCurrent with local and global design industry trendsLeadership or business experience preferredSuccessful project management preferredProficiency with Mac Operating System, Microsoft Office and Google ApplicationsCommand of the English language, both written and spokenOUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to lift and move small to medium items, up to kgs while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniquesAbility to maneuver effectively around gallery floor, stock room and officePosition entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing #J-18808-Ljbffr
