Your Role : At the crossroads of commercial strategy and customer success, the Renewal Manager oversees the full renewal lifecycle of data center service contracts across a portfolio of EMEA markets. You’ll be joining an regional team spread across multiple markets, collaborating daily with colleagues from diverse backgrounds who share a common goal: delivering a seamless and customer aligned renewal experience. As the link between internal teams (technical, commercial, legal) and customers, you ensure a smooth, proactive, and customer-aligned renewal experience, directly contributing to revenue growth, retention, and long-term satisfaction. The Mission : Own the end-to-end renewal process, from opportunity identification to contract signature, including negotiation and cross-team coordination. Manage your portfolio of contracts in Salesforce and CPQ: anticipate churn risk, secure renewals, and identify growth opportunities. Build tailored renewal strategies in collaboration with Asset Managers, Country Directors, and Sales & Operations teams. Negotiate with impact: present renewal offers, adjust commercial and technical terms, and find win‑win outcomes. Ensure flawless execution: manage approval workflows, coordinate with Legal, and keep customer and contract data accurate and up to date. Analyze, challenge, and improve: monitor retention and churn KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance processes. In short you are the driving force behind seamless renewals that strengthen customer relationships while fueling the company’s growth ambitions. Agile Negotiator You can defend value while building trust, firm on objectives, flexible in approach. Cross-Functional Leadership You bring together stakeholders from Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance, driving clarity, alignment, and results. Tech & Tools Proficiency You’re confident with Salesforce, CPQ, Excel using them effectively to manage and optimize your portfolio. Autonomy & Prioritization You manage multiple renewals simultaneously without losing track or quality. You thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Languages & Communication Fluency in French and English is a must; another European language is a plus. You communicate clearly whether in writing, in meetings, or at the negotiation table.
