As a Software Renewal Manager you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential renewal roadblocks and enhancing a smooth renewal experience for our customers by leading them through the renewal journey, negotiating terms.
This position can also be located in the UK, Spain or Italy.

**What you'll be doing?**
- Conduct renewal in compliance with the renewal strategy, timing, services plans, EOL and pricing policy (conversion ramp-up, maintenance increase, price power), till the closure of renewal opportunity
- Convert maintenance contract into subscription
- Develop and manage customer relationships, positioning the value of Dalet solutions offering to each customer to protect & grow revenue streams, maximizing their lifetime value and prevent churn
- Control and monitor the whole renewal activity (Late Renewals, Churn, Renewal tracking with Policy Compliance)
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales to provide seamless support during renewals - especially in those renewal cycles that include expansion or add-on opportunity.
- Review and understand contract terms and conditions, work closely with the finance and legal departments to ensure contracts are compliant.
- Manage contracts and order forms
- Identify opportunities to broaden Customer's use of the products, document such leads and engage Sales to collaborate on expanding Dalet's presence within the account.

**What you'll we need to be successful?**
- 3-5 years of international account management/customer success experience
- 3-5 years' experience within the Software/SaaS industry highly preferred
- Effective customer-facing communication skills. Proven success in and genuine enthusiasm for working directly with customer
- Experience in sales or renewal sales including negotiating and closing deals.
- Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, along with day-to-day users of the software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision-making capabilities
- BSc/MSc in Business Administration, Sales, Finance
