Over the next five years, our ambition is to become the platform of choice for European financial institutions to: modernize their infrastructure scale their operations rapidly launch new banking services About the Role We are looking for a proactive and technically curious SecOps & IT Engineer to join our Cybersecurity Team and report to Benjamin, our CISO. In this role, you will contribute to the design, operation, and continuous improvement of Skaleet’s IT and security foundations. You will work across Identity and Access Management (IAM), IT workplace operations, security governance, and SecOps, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable systems that support our growing organization. You will collaborate closely with Security, IT, DevOps, and Development teams to strengthen our security posture, automate controls, and improve operational efficiency. This role combines hands‑on technical work with strategic thinking, offering the opportunity to have a direct impact on how access, infrastructure, and security are managed across the company. You will notably contribute to IAM Engineering Assess and evolve our IAM strategy to ensure least‑privilege access. Drive technology choices and manage the access lifecycle for our employees and partners. IT Workplace Management Ensure performance and high availability of end‑user infrastructure (Wi‑Fi network, connectivity, equipment). Manage the operational and strategic relationship with our partner Everping (IT support, managed services, fleet deployment). Coordinate and deliver internal IT evolution projects to support Skaleet’s team growth. IT / Security Governance Contribute to governance across IT and security domains. Help define KPIs and ensure their reporting. Contribute to the creation of automated monitoring tools to enable data‑driven management. Security Alert Handling Collaborate with the rest of the security team on the detection, analysis, and resolution of security alerts. Participate in expanding Skaleet’s security coverage. SecOps and Automation Industrialize application security by integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline, in collaboration with Development and DevOps teams. Propose and implement test scenarios to strengthen the overall security posture. Continuous Improvement Ensure strategic monitoring and embody security expertise within Skaleet. Proactively propose security improvements to strengthen Skaleet’s overall security posture. Desired Profile You are a great match if: Education: Master’s degree from a top‑tier engineering school with a specialization in cybersecurity. You have a first successful experience in a similar role, including internships or apprenticeships. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in French and English; additional languages are a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
