Votre mission, si vous l\'acceptez : Audit ergonomique de l'existant Conduite d\'études quantitatives et qualitatives, benchmarking Élaboration des protocoles de test et des questionnaires d\'entretiens Présentation des résultats aux parties prenantes Conception de nouveaux parcours optimisés sous forme de wireframe Coordination des révisions UX avec les parties impliquées (PM, PO, UI Designers, Marketing, Juristes) Date de démarrage : ASAP Salaire : 50K à 60K Type de contrat : CDI ou Freelance Profil recherché Vos compétences : Maîtrise des méthodes de recherche UX Maîtrise des outils d\'analyse de data UX (Hotjar/ContentSquare/Dovetail) Maîtrise des outils de conception UX (Figma) Maîtrise des outils d\'animation d\'atelier (Miro) et de tests (Testapic) Votre profil : Vous avez un anglais professionnel 8 ans d\'expérience sur un poste similaire (hors stage et alternance) Vous disposez de Case Studies pour vos travaux web et mobile Vous faites preuve d\'esprit d\'analyse et de synthèse Vous avez une logique Mobile-First et User-Centric Vous avez une formation en sciences humaines, cognitives ou psychologiques Les plus : Une ambiance conviviale et une équipe support toujours à l\'écoute Prime de télétravail Chèques cadeau en fin d\'année Alors, prêt à relever le défi et à rejoindre l\'équipe MOBYLIZ ?
