Role Description We are seeking a dynamic junior Product Manager to join our innovative product‑management team at Symphony Communications. This role is ideal for someone looking to build knowledge of financial services who already has a background in product management and/or software development. Responsibilities Become an active member of the team and work with senior product managers to help define the product strategy for Market Solutions. Plan and execute enhancement projects in conjunction with the senior product manager. Work with sales and client‑facing teams on product implementations where required. Work with the AI Model Development team to deliver improvements to our AI products. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer support—to ensure product objectives are met. Participate in agile development processes as a hands‑on Product Manager embedded in the scrum team. Help track product performance metrics and leverage insights for strategic planning and improvements. Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, including customers and external partners, to gather feedback and promote adoption. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field. Ideally experience in product management roles within enterprise technologies. Ideally experience in managing product lifecycles from inception to market launch and beyond. Good technical background, ideally with working knowledge of cloud‑based software solutions. Good communication and organisational skills. Ability to work with remote teams across London, New York and Vietnam. Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
