Talent Acquisition Consultant | IT Recruiter | Netherlands Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities Mission Context: As part of an IT infrastructure transformation and modernization program, the client is seeking to strengthen its teams with a Senior Azure Cloud Architect. The main objective is to define the target Azure Cloud architecture, establish its technical foundations, and manage its operational deployment, while ensuring compliance with quality, timelines, and budget constraints. This role combines deep Azure technical expertise with strong project and stakeholder management capabilities. Mission Objectives: Design and implement a robust, secure, and scalable Azure target architecture Lead and coordinate cloud projects from design to production Ensure operational excellence and governance of Azure environments Key Responsibilities: Define and design the target Microsoft Azure architecture Ensure alignment with business needs, security standards, and best practices Design cloud-native and distributed architectures (IaaS / PaaS) Implement, configure, and maintain Azure environments Ensure performance, scalability, resilience, and high availability Support and guide technical teams in adopting cloud-native practices Project & Delivery Management: Planning and scheduling Budget control Quality and risk managementCoordinate teams and stakeholders Track deliverables and ensure commitments are met DevOps, Automation & FinOps: Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards Design and operate CI/CD pipelines Integrate a FinOps approach for cloud cost monitoring and optimization Security, Governance & Documentation Ensure cloud security, compliance, and governance Define and maintain architectural and operational documentation Organize knowledge transfer and support team upskilling Desired Profile: Experience & Background Senior Cloud Architect with 8+ years of experience in systems and cloud architecture Strong track record in complex enterprise environments Technical Skills Strong understanding of: Cloud-native architectures Distributed systems IaaS and PaaS services Experience with IaC, CI/CD, and automation tools Soft Skills Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels Comfortable working in multi-stakeholder, high-stakes environments Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Results-oriented with a strong focus on service quality Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Temporary Job Function Information Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
