Product Marketing Manager

The Strategic Product Marketing Manager will work for Enea’s Embedded Security Business Group, specializing in network traffic identification and threat detection technologies. You will play a pivotal role in presenting and explaining our technologies, shaping market perception, defining value for prospects, and driving growth for Enea’s Embedded Security portfolio. Key Responsibilities Develop a yearly strategic marketing plan for the Embedded Security product portfolio in close collaboration with Product Management, Marketing and Sales. Develop and write content for a wide range of marketing assets, including product descriptions, technical thought leadership pieces, messaging frameworks, whitepapers, articles, product briefs, sales presentations, web content, conference presentations and award submissions. Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated value propositions based on customer insights, commercial priorities and technical strengths. Analyze industry trends, customer behaviors and competitor strategies to inform marketing and executive decision‑making. Partner with the Campaign team to build and deliver effective campaigns, providing insights, messaging and tailored content. Build strong relationships with analysts, associations and key ecosystem stakeholders to enhance Enea’s visibility and credibility. Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years’ experience in strategic, portfolio or product marketing. Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills, able to analyze customer needs and industry trends and translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong understanding of technology markets, ideally with experience in cybersecurity and networking domains. Knowledge of embedded software or deep packet inspection solutions is a plus. International experience or demonstrated adaptability across diverse markets and cultures. Knowledge of marketing channels and tools (SEO, digital marketing, social networks) is a plus. Team player: work collaboratively within the marketing team and cross‑functionally. Technical Context The role sits within a highly technical team focused on embedded deep packet inspection software.
